If you have a changing skin lesion or potential skin cancer on any part of your body, we understand that you want to be quickly seen for a biopsy. Jill Murphy, MD, PhD, and Rachel McClain, PA-C, will work to get you seen as quickly as possible so that we can provide a timely diagnose and treatment. Procedures are often covered by insurance.
We can also remove benign skin lesions, such as skin tags or moles, either simply for cosmetic reasons, or if they are causing you discomfort.
Most lesion biopsies, skin cancer excisions, cyst excisions, and lipoma excisions are performed in our office setting at Station Medical Center in Altoona.
